More Cleaning

A friend was kind enough to lend me his steam cleaner. With some degreaser, a wire brush, and steam I cleaned the engine bay and transmission.   Here are some before and after pictures.


At some point you say to yourself, "The transmission is clean enough."




The input shaft of the transmission leaks.  I have a set of new seals for the transmission.



The brown staining is not due to rust.  It is adhesive from the missing sound deadening mat.  I will order some paint to improve the appearance.
